AAR in the United States, Texas–Grand Prairie area, is seeking a Commercial Pricing Analyst to support customer and contract pricing, RFP/RFQ opportunities, and related data analysis. You will track pricing history, review market trends, and help build pricing that protects margins while remaining competitive.

The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance, delivering pricing summaries, dashboards, and presentations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• Advanced experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI or similar tools.
• US Citizenship required with no sponsorship due to security clearance.
• Excellent communication skills including fluent English; ability to turn data into clear summaries.
• Strong attention to detail with error-free information.

Responsabilidades

• Create and validate customer pricing for contracts, RFPs, RFQs, and flat-rate opportunities.
• Organize contract information, including pricing terms, renewal and expiration dates.
• Coordinate with labor, material, and vendor cost estimates to meet margin expectations.
• Prepare pricing summaries, margin reviews, and business recommendations for management.
• Create reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations based on pricing data and trends.
• Support additional projects and analyses as assigned.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Commercial Pricing Analyst. *PLEASE READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION* The Commercial Pricing Analyst will support customer pricing, contract pricing, and RFP RFQ opportunities. This role will be responsible for keeping track of historical pricing, reviewing market trends, and helping build pricing that is competitive while still protecting our margins. The Commercial Pricing Analyst will work closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance and other key stakeholders ensuring pricing is accurate, clear, and aligned with the business. The Commercial Pricing Analyst will support other projects as needed including reports, data analysis, and Power Point presentations. The Commercial Pricing Analyst will report to the Customer Service Manager, with no direct reports.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Maintain and review historical pricing data as well as market trends to help support better pricing decisions, including customer history and cost inputs to help recommend pricing strategies.
• Create and validate customer pricing for contracts RFP's, RFQ's and flat rate pricing opportunities. While maintaining the RFP RFQ tracker to help us understand the data.
• Organize and maintain contract information, including pricing terms, renewal dates, expiration dates, and escalation clauses.
• Work with internal departments to confirm labor, material and vendor cost, turnaround time estimations, and margin expectations.
• Prepare pricing summaries, margin reviews, and business recommendations for management
• Create reports, dashboards, and Power Point presentations based on pricing data and business trends.
• Support additional projects and analysis as assigned
• All other duties as assigned.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required. Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Advanced experience in Excel, Power Point, Access, Power BI, or similar tools preferred.
• Due to the security clearance required for this role, US Citizenship is required with no sponsorship
• Excellent communication skills including strong English comprehension. Must be able to read and write in English fluently.
• Ability to turn data into clear summaries or presentations.
• Strong attention to detail, with zero errors in information presented.
