Royal Caribbean Group in Miami is seeking a Manager, Commercial Planning to lead strategic planning, forecasting, and performance cadence for the International organization. You will connect near-term results to the five-year plan, coordinate with Finance, Revenue Management, Marketing, and BI, and mentor a small team.

You will translate market and financial data into insights, prepare leadership updates, and drive actions to optimize growth and profitability across international markets.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related experience in financial analysis or forecasting.
• Understanding of commercial planning and forecasting concepts and tools.
• Experience leading and coaching a team.
• Proven ability to develop executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of 3 individuals.
• Develop and refine the International 5-year strategic plan.
• Align long-range plans with annual priorities, KPI targets.
• Forecast key International performance metrics (guest volume, revenue, VIPs).
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs with Finance, Revenue Management, Marketing, BI and market leaders.
• Present leadership updates and strategic performance reviews.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready narratives.
• Monitor performance against priorities and identify gaps.
• Drive consistent communication of international performance.
• Oversee deployment strategy discussions and ad hoc analyses.
