Job summary

MAS HVAC in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to design and implement scalable commercial processes that enable growth. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Legal to optimize deals, governance, and contract management.

The role is highly collaborative and hands-on, focused on margin analysis, pricing recommendations, and performance dashboards to drive profitable decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• 7–10 years in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, FP&A, or related.
• Experience designing and implementing business processes from the ground up.
• Strong financial analysis, commercial decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial deal governance from quote through order execution.
• Coordinate internal approval workflows for pricing, margin, contractual exceptions, and commercial risk.
• Review customer terms and conditions and identify commercial risks and negotiation opportunities.
• Own organization and lifecycle management of customer agreements and centralize contract repository.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting to support informed decision-making.
