Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 3+ years in commercial banking or loan review.
• Knowledge of real estate maintenance and sale is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight.
• Regulatory knowledge and ability to adhere to bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files on assignment to understand transactions.
• Enforce bank rights with respect to loans and collateral.
• Discuss issues with supervisor/legal to develop strategies.
• Document loan actions and account details.
• Coordinate with third parties for collateral disposition.
• Interact with officers on shared accounts and guide teams.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and borrower strength.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and regulators.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations and bank policies.
• Develop strategies to minimize losses and ensure policy compliance.
• Review foreclosure bids and collateral for CRU officers.
• Liaise with vendors for real estate, equipment, and vehicle sales.
