Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks an experienced professional to administer a portfolio of troubled commercial and CRE credits. You will design strategies to minimize losses and coordinate with management, lenders and counsel to ensure compliant workouts.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of commercial banking or loan review experience, a valid driver's license, and readiness for overnight travel. A college degree is strongly preferred and proficiency with MS Office is important for documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial banking or loan review.
• Knowledge of residential/commercial facilities and building codes is helpful.
• Experience in maintenance and sale of real estate preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files to understand the transaction and circumstances.
• Enforce the bank's rights and collateral positions on assigned accounts.
• Develop strategies with management and legal counsel to minimize loss.
• Document actions taken in loan files and coordinate with CRU officers.
• Evaluate collateral, real estate, and equipment liquidation scenarios.
• Interface with vendors for real estate, equipment, and vehicle sales as needed.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal collection/workout regulations.
