Job summary

Orrstown Bank in Towson, MD is seeking a Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse commercial loan portfolio and drive growth through cross-selling Bank products.

You will perform credit analyses, collaborate with credit analysts and relationship managers, and ensure portfolio quality and compliance across facilities such as lines of credit, term notes, owner-occupied mortgages, and construction loans.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending products, credit risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis and loan documentation review.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the performance of a commercial loan portfolio, ensuring timely identification and resolution of credit risks.
• Conduct detailed credit reviews and risk assessments to maintain portfolio quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and credit teams to support loan underwriting, renewals, and restructurings.
• Prepare and present portfolio reports and risk analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize portfolio performance, including risk mitigation and growth initiatives.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to enhance portfolio management capabilities and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting commercial lending.
