Job summary

You will coordinate with underwriters and wholesalers, maintain data integrity, and drive a smooth client experience.

The role emphasizes proactive client service, renewal strategy, and effective communication with clients and carrier partners. Licensing in P&C is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial insurance service or account management.
• Knowledge of E&S or surplus lines markets and processes

Responsibilities

• Manage standard and specialty commercial accounts, including E&S placements.
• Coordinate with underwriters, wholesale brokers, and surplus lines markets.
• Assist with remarketing and renewal strategy.
• Ensure surplus lines applications, billing, affidavits, and documentation are properly managed.
• Review policies for accuracy, endorsements, exclusions, and sublimits.
• Renewal & Placement Execution.
