Job summary

First United Bank is seeking an Insurance Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a diverse book of mid to large commercial accounts. You will manage renewals, endorsements, and client communications, while supporting Producers and maintaining accurate policy data.

The role requires 3–7 years of commercial lines experience, licenses in OK/TX, and knowledge of Applied Epic and MS Office. This on-site position offers growth within a respected Oklahoma bank with strong client service values.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of commercial lines insurance account management experience.
• Oklahoma and TX property & casualty license preferred.
• CISR, CIC, AINS, ARM, CRM, or CPCU desirable.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial lines coverages and markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve a book of commercial lines clients with ongoing care.
• Handle endorsements and billing/payments.
• Prepare and submit new/renewal business submissions.
• Support producers and renewals with timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in the operating systems.
