Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Oklahoma City, OK. This role handles a mix of account management, client service, renewals, marketing, quoting, and policy servicing for a growing P&C book, with a hybrid work schedule in Oklahoma City.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in commercial insurance, experience with Applied Epic, and strong servicing capabilities including renewals and COIs. Base salary up to $85k with benefits and 401k.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance roles.
• Experience using Applied Epic or Applied Systems Epic agency management software.
• Experience with renewals, endorsements, COIs, policy servicing, and client requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service commercial lines insurance accounts, including renewals, endorsements, COIs, audits, policy changes, and client requests.
• Support marketing and renewal activities, including applications, carrier submissions, quoting, proposals, and loss runs.
• Maintain commercial insurance account and policy documentation within Applied Epic.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, Producers, and internal teams regarding policy servicing, renewals, submissions, and account activity.
• Support ongoing servicing and administration of an established commercial P&C book of business.
