The role requires a TX General Agents license and 4+ years in a service/retail general agency setting, with AMS 360 and ImageRight experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance coverage.
• 4+ years’ service/retail general agency experience.
• Experience with AMS 360 & ImageRight, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with clients, prospects, carrier partners, and teammates to drive retention and new business.
• Lead renewal process for assigned book of business.
• Oversee administration tasks: certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, policies/endorsements.
• Identify gaps in coverage and advise clients with options for complex needs.
• Review compliance and disclosure requirements to ensure client expectations are met.
• Grow the assigned book via account rounding and referrals.
• Support marketing and sales teams.
