Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial lines insurance experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, forms, and rating practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive service to clients, producers, and carriers via phone and email.
• Accurately maintain client data and documentation in the agency management system.
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in accordance with agency procedures.
• Prepare essential client documents including certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and evidence of coverage.
• Input transactions into the agency management system to generate client invoices.
