Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a detail‑oriented client service professional in Saint Paul, MN. The role focuses on preparing proposals, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining client files. You will interact with clients and carriers, review documents for accuracy, and support renewals while delivering high‑quality service.

Requirements include an associate degree or higher, 3+ years in client service, and a P&C license. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience; BA/BS preferred.
• 3+ years' client service and/or industry experience.
• P&C Insurance License required.

Responsibilities

• Works proactively to develop relationships with carrier and client contacts; may take active role in meetings
• Prepare and send the request for proposals to applicable insurance carriers and spreadsheets results as they come in. First draft of renewal presentation.
• Takes the lead on reviewing proposals and carrier source documents for accuracy in collaboration with the Account Executive.
• Communicates directly with clients and carriers.
• Creates and maintains client files in accordance with office procedures.
