Job summary

Alkeme Intermediary Holdings, LLC seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Phoenix, AZ to support Sales Executives and service clients with account changes, questionnaires, and quotations. You will prepare binders, certificates, endorsements, and proposals, review policy audits, and maintain accurate client data in Applied EPIC, ensuring timely communication with carriers.

A college degree with insurance experience and an active Property & Casualty license are required; this is an in-office,

Qualifications

• This position requires a college degree with insurance experience or at least 5 years in insurance.
• Valid Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license is required.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to sales teams and analyze client needs.
• Prepare applications, quotations, binders, certificates, and endorsements.
• Review policy audits and coordinate corrections with clients and carriers.
• Maintain accurate client data in Applied EPIC, and respond promptly to requests.
• Assist clients with first claims submissions and follow-ups per procedures.
• Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and carriers.
