The role will deliver clear, actionable insights, reports, and dashboards for management and strategic clients, translating complex data into recommendations that support client success.

The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a client-service mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial, customer, program, and operational data to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop, prepare, and maintain reports and dashboards for management and strategic clients.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that support business and client objectives.
• Present analytical findings, performance trends, recommendations, and program updates to management and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate analytical solutions and drive program improvements.
