Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Commercial Insights Analyst to analyze a variety of data and deliver actionable insights that drive client performance and program optimization. The role partners with internal teams and strategic clients to translate data into meaningful reporting and recommendations.

The candidate will build dashboards, support multiple projects, and contribute to strategic client discussions, with travel onsite as needed. Strong Excel, SQL, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret commercial, customer, program, and operational data to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop, prepare, and maintain accurate, timely, and meaningful reports and dashboards for management and strategic clients.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that support business and client objectives.
• Provide analytical support across multiple projects simultaneously, establishing timelines, managing priorities, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Present analytical findings, performance trends, recommendations, and program updates to management and client stakeholders.
