Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Manager in Strategic Commercial Consulting in Boston to lead a consulting staff and drive valuable commercial insights for pharmaceutical brands. You will oversee project deliverables, coordinate with clients, and help forecast revenue for new therapies and assets.

The role requires a Master’s degree in business or life sciences and at least 4 years of consulting management experience in the life sciences/biotech sector.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in business or life sciences.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in consulting management in the life sciences
• Expertise in creating and evaluating commercial strategy for pharmaceutical brands

Responsibilities

• Guide team members (Associates and Consultants) to effectively conduct tasks and contribute to project deliverables.
• Develop business strategy through primary and secondary research relating to Product Portfolio and planning including forecasting revenue for new therapies/assets.
• Analyze data and produce insights, documentation, and present findings and recommendations to team and client leaders.
• Work closely with clients to determine project requirements and oversee scheduling of interactions.
• Compile research and insights into an impactful story and presentation and present commercial strategies to pharmaceutical client leaders.
