Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Boston, MA, is seeking a Manager - Strategic Commercial Consulting to lead and mentor a consulting staff, ensure a superior client experience, and maximize the commercial value of assets and portfolios.

You will work with clients to define project requirements, develop strategy through research, analyze data, and present insights to senior leaders, while advancing your career in a global biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in business or life sciences.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting.
• Expertise in creating and evaluating commercial strategy for pharmaceutical brands.
• Experience working as a business strategy consultant within a large firm (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Guide team members to effectively conduct tasks and contribute to project deliverables.
• Develop business strategy through conducting primary and secondary research relating to Product Portfolio and planning including forecasting revenue for new therapies/assets.
• Analyzing data and producing comprehensive insights, documentation, and presenting findings and recommendations to team members and client leaders
• Work closely with clients to determine project requirements and oversee all scheduling of necessary interactions to comprehend the client's business goals, products and expectations
• Compile research and insights into an impactful story and presentation and present commercial strategies to pharmaceutical client leaders.
