Responsibilities

• Research and Analysis: Conduct initial data analysis to help identify business opportunities and potential challenges, and contribute to developing actionable insights.
• OPIS Centralisation: Assist the Commercial Strategy team with efforts to centralise existing usage statistics, sales insights, sales practices, and customer engagement policies across all OPIS divisions.
• Reporting: Work with the relevant teams to streamline commercial reporting.
• White Space & Addressable Market: Support Product Managers in identifying white space opportunities and sizing the total addressable market. Help develop a centralised whitespace repository.
• Strategic Support: Assist with researching market trends and competitor landscapes to support the development of business strategies.
• Communication & Reporting: Help prepare reports and visualisations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Process & Best Practices: Contribute to the documentation of process & best practices to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) metrics.
