Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3+ in commercial finance or FP&A.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial functions and provide insights that drive profitable growth.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as key financial partner to the CCO and CMO.
• Deliver profitability analysis by customer, channel, and brand.
• Support cross-functional processes like S&OP.
