Qualifications

Experience with RFMS Measure preferred.
Ability to read, interpret, draw, and revise flooring plans.
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, details, and finish schedules.
Experience managing large and technically complex projects.
Has existing relationships and the ability to recruit and maintain subcontract labor roster with seasoned flooring installers.

Responsibilities

Full ownership of project financial performance, including budgets, revenue, costs, gross profit, and project-level profit-and-loss reporting.
Ability to track earnings, forecast financial results, and clearly explain project wins, losses, and margin variances.
Experience negotiating material pricing, subcontractor rates, and other project-related costs.
Ability to build strong client relationships and help attract and retain business.
Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
