Artisan Design Group (ADG) is seeking a Flooring Estimator to support project planning by delivering accurate material take-offs and cost estimates for flooring projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to gather details, analyze specs, and prepare timely proposals.

Success means precise estimates, clear understanding of project requirements, and procurement-aligned materials to meet deadlines and customer expectations. This role is office-based in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic estimating tools; attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate material take-offs and cost estimates for flooring projects.
• Review drawings, bid documents, and revisions to reflect current scope.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing and material costs.
• Develop estimating templates to ensure consistency across projects.
• Use estimating software and Excel to generate proposals.
• Maintain documentation for estimates, revisions, and change orders.
• Communicate with internal teams to clarify requirements.
