Rite-Hite, a global leader in loading dock and door equipment, seeks a Commercial Finance Manager in Milwaukee. Hybrid role with three days on-site to partner with Distribution sales leadership, translating commercial activity into clear financial insights for profitability and growth.

You will support strategic deals, pricing governance, and market analysis, building models and scenarios for leadership decisions. Strong finance and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of progressive finance experience.
• 2-4 years in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-financial leaders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity, dependability, urgency, and results orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales leadership to provide financial insights and decision support for significant opportunities, nonstandard terms, pricing exceptions, and strategic deals.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for significant customer opportunities, strategic deals, pricing exceptions, and nonstandard terms.
• Turn data into market insights by analyzing internal and external data on market size, growth, trends, segments, and competition.
• Strengthen commercial intelligence by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Business Unit teams on segmentation and market intelligence.
• Drive pricing governance by establishing and improving pricing processes, thresholds, escalation paths, and reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities using customer and Global account analytics to improve profitability and value.
• Influence business decisions by building financial models, scenarios, and presentations for leaders.
