Arkema is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager in Wisconsin to partner with Category Managers and cross-functional teams, driving margin improvement, pricing analysis, and commercial planning for the Consumer & Construction business unit.

You will own the trade accrual process, support category strategy with financial modeling, lead budgeting and forecasting, and deliver monthly dashboards with insights for senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP/reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
• Experience partnering with commercial teams, especially Category or Product Managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.
• Attention to detail, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptability in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Category Managers to analyze product mix, pricing, and SKU performance.
• Identify margin improvement through cost analysis, pricing optimization, and promo ROI.
• Support category strategy with financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Own trade accrual process with forecasting, tracking, reconciliation.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to validate spend against budget.
• Provide monthly variance analyses of accrual balances.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for commercial functions.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives, launches, and market expansion.
• Provide insights on revenue, volume, and profitability trends.
• Evaluate pricing strategies and promotional investments with Sales teams.
• Conduct profitability analysis at customer, product, and segment levels.
• Recommend pricing adjustments based on market dynamics.
• Deliver monthly performance dashboards and executive summaries.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership on risks, opportunities.
• Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects.
