Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in a technical or engineering sales leadership role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills essential for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage senior-level relationships.
• Travel up to 30% as required to support customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develops territory and customer strategies and deploys field sales action plans.
• Sets annual/quarterly sales goals and creates execution plans across the Tubing business.
• Ensures accurate sales forecasting and planning within the sales organization.
• Manages key customer relationships and closes strategic opportunities.
• Leads the commercial team to drive long-term strategic relationships and customer satisfaction.
