Qualifications

• Alternative: 5+ years combined higher education and/or work experience with at least 3 years in banking.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent worker with initiative and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for deposit servicing and maintain client relationships.
• Handle account openings, maintenance, and service requests while ensuring compliance with documentation and disclosure requirements.
• Authenticate users, monitor suspicious activity, and support fraud recovery.
• Lead BSA/AML/KYC processes and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Understand Treasury Management products and support onboarding and product adoption.
• Monitor reports, resolve discrepancies, and support system outages; maintain data integrity.
• Capture and elevate client feedback and conduct root cause analysis for complaints.
