Job summary

Tidal Construction Group LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of commercial projects across South Florida, with a focus on coordinating contracts, procurement, schedules, budgets, and safety. • Own assigned projects from estimating turnover through closeout per contract documents and budget.
• Lead RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, pay apps, and closeout documentation.
• Partner with the Superintendent to ensure field execution aligns with contract, schedule, quality, safety, and finances.

Responsibilities

• Develop a logic-driven master schedule with two-week look‑aheads and updates.
• Identify schedule risks and lead recovery planning with all stakeholders.
• Maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, procurement, changes, decisions, and actions.
