Blue Commercial Properties, a Florida-based property management and construction team, seeks a Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee redevelopment, tenant improvements, and capital projects across its portfolio.

The role will manage projects from planning through completion, coordinating owners, tenants, contractors, architects and engineers. Candidates should be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite and project management software.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Project Management: Manage commercial construction projects from concept to finish.
• Financial Oversight: Obtain bids, track costs, review invoices, manage change orders.
• Client & Tenant Communication: Serve as primary contact for project-related communication.
• Construction Oversight: Conduct site visits, coordinate inspections and permits, ensure safety/quality.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain files, schedules, budgets, and reports.
