• Familiarity with commercial loan products and origination platforms (e.g., nCino).

Responsibilities

• Validate closing docs reflect credit approval terms and regulatory requirements.
• Review and validate loan documentation for each transaction per legal guidance.
• Coordinate with counsel and internal partners to ensure accurate funding, booking, and compliance.
• Identify documentation gaps and mitigates compliance issues.
• Handle multiple simultaneous closings and meet deadlines.
