Job summary

Associated Bank in Milwaukee seeks an administrative and relationship support professional to aid the Commercial Banking team through loan closings, documentation and funding, and to support ongoing portfolio administration with clients.

You will coordinate due diligence, review loan documents with the deal team, monitor financial reporting, and deliver strong customer service while complying with policy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience with banking products, services, and loan documentation preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• LOAN CLOSINGS - coordinate required loan documentation and closing activities.
• PORTFOLIO / COLLATERAL ADMINISTRATION - monitor daily transactions and financial reports.
• CUSTOMER SUPPORT - deliver proactive service and liaise with partners to resolve issues.
• LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT - ensure compliance with credit policy and participate in training.
