Banner Bank is seeking a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to drive growth by building partnerships with complex commercial clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 6+ years of experience in commercial credit, analysis, or business development
• Proven ability to develop and manage large, complex client relationships
• Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to underwrite and structure commercial credits
• Deep knowledge of cash management products and services
• Understanding of federal and state regulations related to commercial lending and appraisal guidelines

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through business development with existing clients and new prospects
• Build and manage relationships with large, complex commercial clients
• Market and develop opportunities across commercial and industrial lending
• Negotiate loan terms and structure credit solutions within authority
• Prepare and present detailed credit analysis and recommendations
• Conduct credit reviews and monitor portfolio risk for compliance
• Manage ongoing credit risk and monitor loan performance
• Represent the bank in the community to build awareness and relationships
• Mentor and coach less experienced relationship managers and teams
• Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
