Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Operations Program Manager for the Collections team in the US. You will own programs that improve recovery rates, customer experience, and compliance, while handling complex casework and scaling processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in program management, strong data skills including SQL, and the ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management experience focused on design, implementation and scaling of processes.
• Willingness to perform hands-on casework alongside program responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own complex and escalated collections cases end-to-end.
• Design, launch, and manage collections programs aligned to objectives.
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale operations as volume grows.
• Ensure compliance and maintain QA frameworks across activities.
• Monitor program performance with analytics and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Operations.
• Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
