Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial credit collections experience.
• 1+ year leading risk-related projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using data to propose creative solutions.
• Creative, team-focused problem solving and questioning the status quo.
• Empathy for entrepreneurs and pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
• Experience using SQL to analyze data and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Review merchants from startups to institutions to assess credit risk.
• Perform in-depth credit reviews and design collections strategies.
• Investigate escalations across channels with timely responses.
• Own credit collections reviews and risk-related escalations with process excellence.
• Identify risk factors and report trends to the risk team.
• Use analytics to optimize portfolio-wide strategies.
• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Lead work streams on credit decisioning and accuracy.
