Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with accounting managers and office leaders to establish collections procedures.
• Engage with e-Billing teams and billing attorneys to resolve complex issues.
• Review AR ledgers to determine actions for overdue accounts.
• Correspond with clients daily by email/phone; provide invoices and account info.
• Prepare and distribute collection letters and statements.
• Protect highly sensitive information.
