You will partner with risk, operations, and compliance teams while applying analytical thinking and empathy to create win-win debt-resolution strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in collections, credit resolution, or financial services.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and specialized Credit & Collections software.
• Strong MS Excel skills to organize, filter, and analyze portfolio metrics.
• Hands‑on expertise in outbound collection calling and skip‑tracing methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Empathy to navigate sensitive financial conversations while maintaining firm business boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strategically service an assigned portfolio of delinquent commercial loan accounts.
• Conduct proactive outreach to negotiate repayment structures, workouts, and settlements.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate accounts and uncover contact channels.
• Leverage Salesforce and Credit & Collections software to track performance and plan actions.
• Design custom debt-resolution plans to restore accounts to good standing.
• Collaborate with risk, operations, and compliance teams to align with standards.
