Job summary

Peraton in the United States is seeking a Mid-level Collection Operations Manager to analyze how intelligence is collected and refine requirements to maximize mission impact. You will work with internal and external partners to deliver IIRs and briefings, and to support HUMINT operations across diverse forums.

The role requires TS/SCI, polygraph eligibility, and the ability to work with complex databases while coordinating with stakeholders to meet national security objectives.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph.
• 0 years of applicable work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 4 years of experience with no degree.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Familiar with intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Document customers' intelligence information needs, identify gaps, evaluate reporting, and communicate with internal and external organizations.
• Advise senior decision makers on the application of assets, technical solutions, formulation of intelligence policy, and allocation of resources to affect collection against the nation’s intelligence requirements.
• Draft and deliver reports and briefings.
• Work with sophisticated databases and computer systems.
• Participate in diverse committees and working groups.
• Provide operational support to and serve as the conduit of Officers and Consumers supporting HUMINT Operations.
• Format, review, quality control, and release Information Intelligence Reports (IIR), according to policies and guidance.
