Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable

Aufgaben

• As a collateral production analyst, manage procurement and deployment of non-retail items (fixtures, graphics and displays) for merchandising resets
• Forecast non-retail item production quantities based on project scope and data from internal teams
• Ensure internal and external partners have the necessary resources and information for each project
• Guide external partners on company protocols (RFP Process, Project Authorization Request, Project Communications)
• Provide cost information for non-retail items to project teams to inform budgets
• Use project management techniques to align work plans with execution timelines
• Monitor deadlines to ensure information is provided to partners and supply chain
• Manage accuracy and timeliness of work for internal teams and vendors
• Partner with 3rd party vendors to maximize transportation savings and store execution efficiency
• Participate in project meetings, providing inputs and status of deliverables
• Provide analytical reports (vendor scorecards, spend analysis, dashboards) to leadership
• Act as a point of contact for non-retail item issues from merchandising and stores
• Train and mentor peers and new hires
