Job summary

Toppan Merrill is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead strategic operational initiatives within the Center of Excellence (COE). You will partner with leaders across Operations, Learning & Enablement, Technology, Product, Finance, and other functions to translate objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, PM, or related field.
• 3-7+ years in project management, learning & enablement, or related field.
• Experience in SEC regulatory filings/compliance environments.
• Strong planning, prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing across org boundaries.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and bring structure to evolving initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset linking activities to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Initiatives for the COE.
• Lead end-to-end project management for COE initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into clear plans, milestones, deliverables, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate multiple initiatives, balancing priorities, resources, timelines, and dependencies.
• Identify risks, issues, and barriers; proactively drive resolution.
• Establish governance, communication cadences, and accountability across teams.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to understand process and performance gaps.
• Gather frontline feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain project artifacts and governance on Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS 365.
