Job summary

Toppan Merrill is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to join the Center of Excellence. You will drive strategic operational initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring programs are adopted and deliver measurable improvements.

You will partner with leaders and SMEs to define plans, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes that matter to the business. The role requires strong leadership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for operational initiatives sponsored by the COE.
• Translate business objectives into clear project plans, milestones, deliverables, success measures, and execution roadmaps.
• Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities, resources, timelines, and dependencies.
• Identify risks, issues, and barriers to execution and proactively drive resolution.
• Establish clear governance, communication cadences, and accountability across project teams.
• Partner with operational leaders and subject matter experts to understand process, capability, and performance gaps.
• Gather feedback from frontline and operational teams and incorporate insights into continuous improvement.
• Maintain project artifacts and governance routines across Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365, so plans and decisions remain visible and current.
