Job summary

Toppan Merrill in Minnesota seeks a highly organized Project Manager to join our Center of Excellence (COE). You will lead end-to-end initiatives, translating objectives into actionable plans, and coordinating across Operations, Learning & Enablement, Technology, Product, and Finance.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder influence, and an analytical mindset to drive continuous improvement. A hybrid approach and AI-enabled productivity will be supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, PM, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of project management or learning & enablement experience.
• Experience in SEC regulatory filings/compliance environments.
• Strong planning, prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing across organizational boundaries.
• Proficiency with project management, collaboration, and reporting tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and enthusiasm for using AI to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for COE initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into clear project plans, milestones, deliverables, success measures, and execution roadmaps.
• Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities, resources, timelines, and dependencies.
• Identify risks, issues, and barriers to execution and proactively drive resolution.
• Establish clear governance, communication cadences, and accountability across project teams.
• Partner with operational leaders and subject matter experts to understand process, capability, and performance gaps.
• Gather feedback from frontline and operational teams and incorporate insights into continuous improvement.
• Maintain project artifacts and governance routines across the COE’s platforms (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft 365).
