Job summary

Avenue 360 Health and Wellness in Houston seeks an Executive Vice President, Clinical Services to lead the clinical division, supervise clinicians, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered primary care in compliance with federal and state requirements.

The role requires MD or DO, Texas medical license, board certification, and proven leadership in FQHC settings; five years clinical and three years management; MPH or MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical college.
• Board certified in required specialty; Texas license to practice medicine or Texas license eligible.
• Experience in Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) preferred.
• At least five years clinical experience and three years management experience.
• Master of Public Health and/or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and day-to-day oversight of the clinical division.
• Ensure quality care and compliance with regulations.
• Lead recruitment, retention and training of provider personnel.
• Develop policies, quality initiatives and grant oversight.
• Represent the Health Center in the community and with partners.
• Participate in Senior Management Team and strategic planning.
