Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager III for Turnkey Operations in Cloud Supply Chain. The role focuses on end-to-end management of rack production and cross-border logistics, coordinating with CM partners and suppliers to align with demand forecasts.

You will lead NPI activities, ensure quality and timely deployment across multiple sites, and drive multi-level vendor engagements. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, project leadership, and experience in supply chain operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience driving New Product Introduction (NPI) for network racks.
Experience in supply chain or materials management with contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end mass production scheduling, mitigating OEM supply constraints and managing CM capacity planning.
Govern hardware quality by managing supplier quality RMAs and executing testing protocols including Rack Level Testing.
Orchestrate global cross-border logistics strategies, customs lead time planning, and tracking compliance to meet deployment deadlines.
Drive the NPI lifecycle, coordinating TRD development and securing early material readiness to de-risk mass deployment schedules.
Lead multi-level vendor engagement, including QBRs and multi-party OEM collaborations to resolve bottlenecks.
