Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with process mapping and requirements documentation.
• Knowledge of SDLC and IT standards, governance, QA principles.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze client business processes and map workflows and dependencies.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to develop technical specifications and use cases.
• Plan, prepare, and support testing activities including regression, functional, data validation, and system integration.
• Gather goals from business strategy and translate into measurable requirements for development.
• Assist in remediation, modernization, migration, and sunset activities across the enterprise.
• Prepare business cases and feasibility studies; present executive-ready materials.
• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and ensure shared understanding.
