Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a technical Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects within ProServe. You will combine program management with deep technical knowledge to drive successful AWS-based implementations for clients.

You will translate business goals into technical requirements, manage risks, and guide cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and operations to deliver outcomes aligned with customer value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program or engagement management leading multiple concurrent projects
• 3+ years cloud computing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects
• Guide technical decisions using AWS architectures and best practices
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and align with customer outcomes
