Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Project Director to enable client outcomes by delivering project scope within budget and time while ensuring a superior client experience. You will lead joint Oracle and client teams through cloud application implementations, providing structure, discipline, guidance, and direction.

You will drive client value, manage margins, resolve escalations, and mentor the delivery team. The role requires strong stakeholder management and adherence to Oracle deployment and quality

Responsibilities

• Accountability for financial performance, client satisfaction, and talent retention.
• As needed, act as functional Executive Sponsor for a complex program/client, providing guidance and direction to project team and client.
• Provide leadership and guidance for the delivery team to influence solution/best practices provided in acceptance of Oracle solutions.
• Drive to outcomes that achieve the clients' values and vision for the project including being a relationship builder.
