Job summary

Pegasus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. in Evanston, IL is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect for a hybrid, full-time role.

You will design scalable cloud and integration solutions, guide technology decisions, and align architectures with long-term business strategy. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders, lead platform evaluations, define architecture standards, support APIs and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Salesforce, and M365, and ensure security and compliance

Qualifications

8+ years in solutions architecture or similar leadership role.
Experience designing solutions across cloud, enterprise apps, and integrations.
Hands-on with Azure, AWS, Salesforce, M365, APIs.
Familiar with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Azure or AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and technical teams to understand requirements and design scalable solutions.
Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, tools, and services.
Create architecture documentation: diagrams, standards, reference models, and governance materials.
Guide application development, integrations, APIs, and infrastructure design.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and data protection standards.
Identify aging technologies and remediation strategies.
