Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a seasoned Customer Success & Strategic Engagement leader for a field role with travel across the US (Round Rock, Texas, or West Coast). You will embed in strategic engagements with hyperscalers and AI infrastructure providers to ensure customer success at scale.

You will drive outcomes, influence roadmaps, coordinate cross-functionally, and build long-term partnerships to deliver measurable business impact and expand Dell's strategic value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hyperscaler or cloud infra strategy experience.
• Proven success in managing $100M+ deal cycles and exec negotiations.
• PMP Certification or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, GPU compute, and distributed training.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, logistics and finance.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic outcomes for CSPs and hyperscalers, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Influence internal Dell product roadmap based on hyperscaler needs.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to architect and deliver custom solutions at scale.
• Lead long-term partnerships to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Leverage Dell's portfolio to identify growth opportunities and optimize cloud economics.
