Job summary

JPMorganChase in Columbus, OH is seeking a Cloud and AI Rate Optimization Finance Manager to drive financial analytics and governance for our global rate optimization portfolio across public cloud and AI infrastructure.

You will size commitments, track utilization, forecast performance, and build business cases with executive-ready insights, partnering with finance, technology and sourcing to optimize costs and enable risk-aware decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or related discipline.
5 years of experience in FP&A, data analytics, modeling, strategic planning, or risk modeling.
Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel and Python or Databricks.
Advanced presentation development in PowerPoint and Think-Cell.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deliver under deadlines in cross-functional settings.
Ability to influence stakeholders using clear analysis and structured recommendations.
Strong verbal and written communication to translate technical/financial details into decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead global/local rate optimization program and portfolio management for cloud/AI infrastructure.
Own rate optimization portfolio for compute and database savings plans and reservations.
Lead rate optimization and cross-account sharing for AI workloads and GPU capacity.
Develop unit-cost studies, benchmarks, and insights across hybrid infrastructure.
Manage end-to-end implementation of rate optimization and financial logic changes.
Track commitment coverage, utilization, and optimization opportunities; recommend actions.
Analyze month-end results and produce executive-ready insights.
Forecast portfolio performance with scenario analysis and stress testing.
Build business cases and financial models to evaluate pricing/commitment decisions.
Prepare executive presentations on cloud/AI spend and benefits realization.
Support cloud financial operations community through communications and enablement.
