Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 5 years of FP&A, data analytics, modeling, or risk modeling.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel and Python or Databricks.
• Proficient PowerPoint and Think-Cell for executive storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication to translate data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and local rate optimization program for cloud and AI infrastructure
• Own portfolio for compute and database savings plans and reservations
• Lead cross-account sharing for AI workloads capacity
• Develop unit-cost studies, benchmark research, and best-practice insights across hybrid infrastructure
• Manage end-to-end implementation of rate optimization and financial logic changes across processes, systems, and stakeholders
• Track commitment coverage, utilization, and optimization opportunities
• Analyze month-end results, explain drivers, and produce clear reporting and executive-ready insights
• Forecast portfolio performance across short and long-range horizons, including scenario analysis
• Build business cases and financial models to evaluate pricing and commitment decisions
• Prepare executive presentations and storytelling materials on cloud and AI infrastructure spend and benefits realization
• Support the broader cloud financial operations community through communications and enablement activities
