Responsibilities

• Makes business decisions regarding new business that includes closely-held (non-publicly traded) assets and evaluates ability to accept these assets.
• Works with the sales and fiduciary teams who are proposing new business that includes a closely-held asset and determines the best plan of administration; coordinates committee presentations.
• Leads relationships with internal partners to support acquisition, accurate reporting and sale of assigned closely-held assets.
• Coordinates fiduciary reviews of assets and makes investment/fiduciary recommendations for presentation at the monthly committee meeting.
• Provides compliance-based reporting for assets flagged as exceptions and oversees compliance reviews for assets accepted.
