The candidate should have JD or equivalent fiduciary experience, strong valuation and financial analysis skills, and a track record mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• J.D. with estate/business planning experience or fiduciary administration/background.
• Understanding of operating, partnership, shareholder, and other corporate documents.
• Experience with closely held businesses and private equity structures is a plus.
• Strong financial statement, valuation and/or investment analysis skills.
• Willingness to mentor and coach junior team members; prior management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make business decisions for assets in closely-held, non-publicly traded entities and oversee related assets and issues.
• Collaborate with sales and fiduciary teams to evaluate asset acceptance and administration plans.
• Lead relations with internal partners for asset acquisition, reporting and disposition processes.
• Coordinate fiduciary reviews and provide investment/fiduciary recommendations for committee discussions.
